• You say your cookies are small batch processed, what does that mean?
  It means when you order, I haul out all of the ingredients and equipment I need to make your cookies (and that mixer is heavy, pulling from under the counter really puts a strain on my back). Then I measure out all of the ingredients to hand craft your very own batch of cookies. You might end up getting different counts of cookies since I’m not a machine and can’t scoop cookie dough consistently, but you are getting the same volume of cookie.
• Your logo indicates you were established in 1996, but I’ve only seen you since 2022. What’s the deal?
  There’s a story about Picasso that goes:

Picasso was at a Paris cafe, doodling on a napkin when an admirer, recognising the artist, approached him and asked if she could purchase his drawing.

Upon completing the napkin sketch, Picasso asked for a million Francs in exchange for the sketch. The admirer was taken aback by this seemingly exorbitant request. After all, it had taken Picasso just a few minutes to create the drawing. In her eyes, the value of the sketch appeared disproportionate to the time it took to create it.

Picasso, however, responded with a phrase that has since become an enduring testament to his artistic journey and mastery: “My dear, It took me a lifetime to be able to draw this sketch.”

It was 1996, or thereabouts, is the year I decided that my mom over-bakes the Christmas cookies, and the only way for them to be done right is that I do them myself. I’ve been making the cookies and honing my craft ever since. Now, you’re probably thinking “Is this guy comparing himself to Picasso?” and the answer is “Yes, yes I am.” I mean look at this:

  No (well, except this one)
